Happiness Guarantee
We believe in quality customer service. If for any reason you wish to discontinue your service with us, you can cancel your agreement with 30 day notice.
Results Guarantee
With our results guarantee you don’t pay us until we show results! If we are leasing your property for you, we do all the work up front and you don’t pay us until you get a qualified tenant. That means we aggressively market and show your property, screen the tenants, handle all of the paperwork and perform a move-in inspection...all before we get paid anything.
Lease Guarantee
There shall be a limited eight (8) month guarantee given by the listing Realtor to Manager that will be transferred to Owner per each new tenant obtained. Should a tenant vacate a property prior to paying at least the dollar amount of eight month’s rent, manager shall cause the effected property to be re-leased without charge to the property owner. The referenced payments shall include, but, not be limited to security and other deposits. This guarantee shall be applicable to the specific tenant and property originally leased through Manager and for which Owner has paid Manager a leasing fee. Guarantee shall not be transferable to any another property. The above warranty shall not be valid unless property owner places property in physical condition as specified by Manager in property make ready bid and that “make ready” is performed by manager as general contractor. This warranty shall be considered automatically canceled upon termination of this agreement, transfer of property to another management company or sale of the property. Warranty not applicable for any "replacement tenant.
