Happiness Guarantee
We believe in quality customer service. If for any reason you wish to discontinue your service with us, you can cancel your agreement with 30 day notice.
Leasing Guarantee
Our leasing guarantee states that if a tenant does not pay at least the equivalent of 9 months rent before vacating (provided property owner allows RLM to place the home in good, rentable condition) we will find you a new tenant for free.
